I’ve chased the wind
in a game of tag
tasted the sunshine
of wild-flower wine
I’ve smelled the colors
of joy and woe
sensed the moods
of cloud-studded skies
and felt the hope
of untiring honeybees.
I’ve stared into darkness
like it was a friend,
wondered of tesseracts,
wrinkles and star fish.
I’ll stay inquisitive 
as long as I wish.
